The place was in a nice spot and the staff here were super friendly and polite throughout our whole stay! Loved having central heating, a TV, and using an electronic key card in the room. 🌟

I had a very good stay experience at Kaspia Yeddi Gozel. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The poolside view from my balcony was absolutely stunning. The staff, especially Ismail, was friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with Tufanda ski resort and the lake just a short drive away. I highly recommend this hotel.

The view from the room was amazing, with stunning scenery of the hills. the breakfast was also pretty decent, with an assortment of dishes to choose from. Two restaurants nearby were great. the pool was one of the best features, it was gigantic and incredibly clean.

One particular receptionist was unfriendly and didn't offer much help.

there were some power-cuts and some staff were unfriendly and didn't seem interested in helping with information about the area. a nice place to stay but could have been better if the gym was bigger and staff had been friendlier.
